1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Admission Navigate Consultancy website, consultation booking forms, and student account dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the site.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
To register for a student account, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Be at least 16 years of age, or have parent/guardian consent.
3. Counselling & Academic Matching
Our counsellors evaluate your academic and financial profile to suggest suitable institutions and programs. However:
- Admission Navigate Consultancy does not guarantee admission approval from any matched college or university.
- Decisions regarding student intake, visa permits, and study durations are made exclusively by institutional admissions offices and federal authorities (e.g. IRCC in Canada).
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all grades, scores, and credentials you provide to us.
4. Intellectual Property
The layout, logo, branding, and written content of Admission Navigate Consultancy are protected by copyright and trademark law, and remain the exclusive property of our company.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Admission Navigate Consultancy, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including visa denials or admission delays.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
